EastLink is a link-in-bio and artist page service for musicians. The service is operated by Nexora Records. You can contact us at [email protected].

• Account data: your Google account email, name, and profile image when you sign in.
• Artist page data: artist name, URL slug, optional custom domain, bio, Spotify artist ID, YouTube channel ID, release spotlight, social links, manual links, selected theme, and accent color.
• Music data: public Spotify and YouTube content used to refresh Premium artist pages.
• Billing data: Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, subscription status, price ID, and renewal period. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: page views, link clicks, referrer, user agent, and approximate location data such as country, region, or city when provided by hosting headers.
• Support data: messages and information you send when asking for help.

• To create and display artist pages.
• To authenticate users with Google.
• To process Premium subscriptions through Stripe.
• To sync public Spotify and YouTube content for Premium pages.
• To provide page and click statistics to artists.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, fix issues, and answer support requests.

We use account, artist page, billing, and service data because it is needed to provide EastLink. We use basic security and operational data for our legitimate interest in running a safe SaaS product. Where optional cookies or marketing tools are added, we will ask for consent before using them.

EastLink relies on trusted providers to operate the service:

• Vercel for hosting and deployment.
• Neon or another PostgreSQL provider for database hosting.
• Google for authentication.
• Stripe for billing, invoices, payment processing, fraud prevention, and subscription management.
• Spotify and YouTube APIs for public artist and media content.

Account, page, and billing records are kept while your account is active. Analytics events are kept as long as needed to provide artist statistics and understand usage. We may keep limited records longer where required for tax, accounting, dispute, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to request portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

Some providers may process data outside your country. We use providers that publish privacy and security terms for these transfers and help us operate the service globally.

We may update this policy as EastLink evolves. The current version is dated July 3, 2026.
